Riviera Travel has added three-night land stays to four of its 2024 river cruises.
The extended itineraries include Burgundy, the River Rhône and Provence River Cruise with Lake Geneva and Golden Pass Extension; Rhine Cruise to Switzerland with Glacier Express Extension; Douro, Porto and Salamanca River Cruise with Lisbon Extension; and The Blue Danube with Budapest Extension.
Prices for the 10-night The Blue Danube with Budapest Extension, departing from Budapest, Hungary, start from £1,878 per person.
The Budapest extension includes visits to the city’s Parliament Building, National Gallery and Palinka Brandy Museum with tasting.
Prices for the Douro, Porto and Salamanca River Cruise with Lisbon Extension start from £2,128pp.
The extension includes a guided tour of Lisbon, the Monastery of Jeronimos plus a tour of Coimbra University.
Departures are available from April to October.
The cruises are full board with welcome cocktails and a Captain’s Dinner.
