ABTA LifeLine has launched its 2024 Winter Warmth support initiative for people who are struggling with higher energy and food costs.
The initiative can help people who are worried about having to make the choice between heating or eating, by supplying claimants with fuel and food vouchers, warm clothing and energy efficient appliances to help keep household costs down.
People who have previously received help from the charity are eligible to apply again this winter.
LifeLine Director Trudie Clements said: “ABTA LifeLine remains strongly committed to help individuals and families within the travel industry, addressing their most critical needs, and fostering a supportive community.
“For those who are facing the awful choice between ‘heating or eating’ that no one should have to make, we’re here to provide vital support. I invite all eligible individuals to apply for the Winter Warmth support to receive the help they need during these challenging times.”
