Emerald Airlines will launch flights between Glasgow and Cork on behalf of Aer Lingus Regional this winter.
The service, starting on 27 October, will provide more than 30,000 seats between the two cities.
Flights will operate on Mondays, Thursdays, Fridays and Sundays.
The airline currently operates flights from Glasgow to Dublin and Belfast.
