- History of exceeding sales targets within the travel industry and achieving outstanding customer service.
- Sales team leader/management experience within a tour operator is key with solid knowledge of Africa.
- Positive, energetic, and outgoing individual comfortable leading others with inspiration and encouragement.
- Motivated by achieving results through your team and comfortable negotiating with suppliers.
