The experienced groups travel applicant will work as part of a team providing Group Air services and develop strong and lasting relationships with clients.

Amadeus Group & Events Travel Air Consultant Duties:
- Arrangement of corporate travel directly with travellers and bookers, including flights, hotels, rail, car hire and other ancillary items via email and telephone.
- Delivery of a quality service experience.
- Ensure that all clients have the best travel services available.
- Be responsible for and have an overall awareness of accounts.
Essential Requirements:
- GDS Amadeus essential
- Business travel experience
- Knowledge of complex fare routings
- Excellent geographical knowledge/personal travel experience
- Excellent attention-to-detail and accuracy
- Willingness to work as part of a team and go the extra mile.
- Customer service focused.
- Computer literacy in Excel, Word, Outlook
- Ticketing qualifications, experience with VIP clients and personal travel experience – this is ideal but not essential.
