Ambassador Cruise Line has added cruises from Portsmouth for the first time as part of its 2026-27 season.

The programme goes on sale tomorrow (9 October), featuring ex-UK cruises from seven ports: London Cruise Terminal in Tilbury, Newcastle Tyne, Dundee, Liverpool, Belfast, Bristol Royal Portbury and Portsmouth.

The 2026-27 season features a total of 37 sailings and seven festive events on Ambience and 47 sailings onboard Ambition.

There will also be two multi-generational sailings, including one on Ambience that will take in the August 2026 solar eclipse.

The programme, which spans from 22 March 2026 through to 29 March 2027, features 146 ports of call. There are 27 new destinations including Croatia, Colombia, Costa Rica, Honduras, Guadalupe, Martinique, Dominica and Montenegro.

To mark the launch, Ambassador is offering guests booking before 4 December a number of incentives including a ‘Buy One Get One Free’ offer, 20% off a Premium Drinks package, and 50% off the full single fare for solo travellers.

CEO Christian Verhounig said: “As we embark on another exciting season here at Ambassador Cruise Line, I am delighted to unveil our range of exciting itineraries for 2026/27 which reflect our commitment to championing maritime traditions while bringing something new to the sector.

“With no-fly cruising from seven UK ports offering holidaymakers the chance to start their holidays sooner, we’re looking forward to offering the warmest welcome at sea to many more new and returning guests across the season.”
