Ambassador Cruise Line is looking to hire a Deputy Head of Trade as well as a new Business Development Manager and Businesss Development Executives.
Reporting to Head of Distribution Nicola Harper, the new Deputy Head of Trade will ‘play a key role in leveraging existing commercial relationships to maximise sales opportunities’, said Ambassador.
They will manage trade members and key partnerships, with an emphasis on revenue generation and relationship building.
In addition to the Deputy Head of Trade position, Ambassador is also looking to recruit more BDMs and BDEs.
It said the exact structure of its distribution team will be agreed at the end of the recruitment process to play to the strengths of those that apply.
The recruitment drive follows Ambassador’s most successful season launch ever, with revenue more than doubling year-on-year in the first month of trading since the 25/26 programme went on sale on 21 March.
The cruise line recently launched a year-long ship visit programme for its trade partners and three agent fam trips from July to September 2024.
