APT and Travelmarvel promise ‘generous’ agent booking incentive in New Year sale

APT and Travelmarvel say their New Year campaign, launched today, will include a ‘generous’ agent booking incentive.

Details will be announced shortly, along with the launch of the company’s new website.

The campaign, launched today, offers savings of up to 50% on the full product range. It will run until 29 February.

It is being backed by a TV advertising campaign in January, with two ads across Sky AdSmart and daytime satellite channels: one promoting core European river cruise products, and a second showcasing APT’s new Mekong Serenity ship in Asia.

The company said the TV adverts have been designed to drive customers to book with their local travel agent, adding that it is ‘determined that all investment into consumer-facing marketing activity directly benefits and supports its much-valued partners’.

Head of Sales & Business Development Brad Bennetts said: “We are excited to unveil our 2024 Worldwide Sale campaign, and confident that the aggressive savings on offer and wide-reaching marketing activity will create an open goal for our agent partners, so they can maximise their sales opportunities at this most commercially significant time of the year.

“Expanded TV advertising, heavy investment into direct and digital marketing, and impactful sales tools for the trade mean that we can inspire prospective customers on a massive scale. This will allow us to reach new audiences, raise the profile of river cruising, and showcase why this is an unbeatable way to holiday.”
