Asia Travel Team Leader Duties:
- Responsible for providing guidance, instruction, training and leadership skills to inspire the team to perform at their optimum.
- Supervising, motivating and monitoring individual sales performances of team leaders and travel consultants.
- Set daily, weekly, or monthly sales goals and achieve the department goals, sale targets and KPI’s through motivation and coaching.
- Prioritise coaching and development needs throughout the month.
- Train, encourage, inspire, and reward team members for their achievements and ensure that individual and team excellence is recorded and recognised.
Essential Requirements:
- Team Leading experience within a luxury tour operator or travel agent is essential.
- Strong knowledge of Asia.
- Proven sales background.
- Passion for training & coaching others.
