Belleair Holidays has launched a trade-only website after it was acquired by the parent company of JTA Travel Group, Alfendo.

Through the new website, agents can search and book resorts and flight package options via the operator’s latest booking engine.

Belleair Holidays, which launched in 1977, is a Malta specialist but also offer destinations in the Mediterranean, Aegean Sea, Africa and the Middle East.

The brand was bought by Alfendo in April after it ceased trading in October last year and a new Managing Director was put in place.

MD Dave Green (pictured) said: “Today is a historic day for Belleair and I would like to thank all the people within our team who have been working tirelessly to make this happen.

“I would also like to thank the countless members of the travel agent community who contacted myself and many of my colleagues to offer their pledge of future support – that means a lot to us all.”

In April, Dave said the company was negotiating with ex-staff about returning to Belleair.

Former Belleair Operations Manager Fiona Morgan has returned as Specialist Product Manager and later this month Katie Millard is coming back to the Marketing Manager role which she left in 2019.
