Blue Diamond Resorts has appointed Louisa Smith to the role of Business Development Manager for the UK and Ireland.
She replaces Luke Swarbook in the role, which includes managing trade enquiries, training and organising fam trips and workshops.
Louisa started her career in PR at Thomas Cook, then worked in its tour operation and online divisions.
She later launched a representation company, consulting on key account management, marketing, PR, and business strategies.
Senior Director Trade Sales & Business Development Todd Kirlik said: “Louisa joins the UK team at a busy and truly exciting time for Blue Diamond Resorts.
“Our brands are expanding, and we have lots to bring to the trade in the coming months so her skills and experience will make a valuable addition to the team. We are committed to supporting the UK and Irish trade and having Louisa now in the driving seat will ensure we continue to strengthen our agent relationships, supporting them in their quest to sell our properties.”
