SPL Villas has added flight booking functionality to its website and is offering agents the chance to win a villa holiday in Cyprus next year.
The villa specialist said agents now make 60% of all its bookings. As a thank you it has organised a prize draw for all agents who make a booking between 1 October and 31 January 2025. The prize is a seven-night holiday in a property in the Protaras region.
Agents will receive one entry into the prize draw for every villa-only booking, two entries for a villa plus flight package, three entries for a villa plus flight plus extra (such as car hire) package, and four entries for a Cyprus villa plus flight package.
SPL has said the addition of the flight booking functionality – for seven different airlines including TUI, easyJet and British Airways and Virgin Atlantic – means agents can now make fully-protected package bookings for their customers with guaranteed price parity for the first time. Agents will also be able to view daily flight-inclusive offers on the SPL Villas Facebook page.
Additionally, SPL has added 48 properties at the La Manga Club resort in Costa Calida, Spain, bringing its portfolio to more than 1,200 villas across Europe, the Balkans and Florida.
Trade and Business Partnership Manager Anne Clays said: “How we work with agents has really evolved in the last 12 months and they now account for 60% of our total bookings. We’re delighted to now make the process of booking a full villa plus flights package much easier for them, with guaranteed price parity ensuring they can be competitive.
