Brand USA has announced the date and destinations for its 2024 MegaFam for UK and Irish agents.
This will be the ninth iteration of the UK and Ireland MegaFam, which will see 60 agents experience a number of itineraries.
For the first time, Brand USA will partner with Aer Lingus for the trip, alongside long-standing airline partners, British Airways and American Airlines.
The multi destination familiarisation trip is an opportunity for agents to connect with leading local businesses on the ground, and gain valuable first hand destination knowledge.
Six distinctive itineraries will explore a number of US destinations including Arizona, North Carolina, South Carolina, Florida, Colorado and Michigan.
This year’s finale will take place in Chicago, where all agents will get together for a grand celebration.
Brand USA Vice President Global Trade Development Jackie Ennis said: “The annual MegaFam is hugely valuable for the success of our UK Irish agents to gain in-depth product knowledge first hand, and learn about the vast range of experience the US can offer beyond the gateways.”
To win a place on the trip, agents will be required to log bookings made with Aer Lingus, American Airlines and British Airways between 13 May and 30 June 2024. Agents will also be required to complete the MegaFam Airlines Badge on the newly revamped USA Discovery Program, Brand USA’s official agent training site.
