Cruise Lines International Association (CLIA) UK & Ireland has revealed more details about its Destination Showcase being held in Gibraltar in September.
The showcase will feature visits on Holland America Line’s Nieuw Statendam and Azamara Quest and include business sessions, networking and excursions.
The event will take place during CLIA Cruise Week, which runs from September 16-22.
The Destination Showcase schedule starts on 15 September with a welcome reception in the Mons Calpe Suite at the Gibraltar Cable Car Top Station, including a complimentary cable car ride.
The following day there will be business sessions, then a tour of Nieuw Statendam, a ‘meet the sponsors’ event on the Sunborn Hotel floating yacht and a celebratory dinner at St Michael’s Cave.
On 17 September, there will be a tour and lunch on board Azamara Quest, followed by a choice of excursions, including a trip to the Rock of Gibraltar, an e-bike tour or wine tasting experience with tapas. The day will end with a closing dinner at The Rock Hotel.
