River cruise operator CroisiEurope is to offer a new hotel barge cruise in Belgium, its first outside France.
The six-night cruise, available from April 2025, will sail between Ghent and Halle and visit Bruges, Oudenaarde, Péronnes-Lez-Antoing, Mons, Strépy-Thieu and Brussels.
Key highlights of the itinerary are the Strépy-Thieu boat lift, the second largest boat lift in the world, and the Inclined Plane of Ronquières, which carries vessels along a 1432-metre ramp with a 68-metre rise.
The cruise on 11-cabin Raymonde will operate between April and October 2025.
