Crystal Ski has launched its latest ‘Snow Promise’ guarantee for customers who book before 30 November.
All customers booking before that date will have the option to change their holiday for free if less than 10% of runs are open in their chosen destination.
Passengers can change their holidays one to four days before departure, but not on the day of travel.
The guarantee also means that, if there is no snow while customers are in resort, the operator promises to do everything it can to get them on slopes in a resort that is open within two hours of where they are staying.
For an extra £25, customers can upgrade to Crystal’s ‘Snow Promise Extra’, which allows fee-free changes if less than 50% of runs are open.
Meanwhile, for customers departing from Belfast, Crystal Ski is offering a buy-one-get-one-half-price offer on lift passes for Winter 24/25 ski holidays to Europe.
