Crystal Ski Holidays has improved its snow promise guarantee for customers who book early for the 2023/4 season.
The new Crystal Snow Promise allows people who book before 30 November to change their holiday before they travel fee-free if fewer than 10% of runs are open in the ski area they’re travelling to.
If there is a lack of snow or no snow in the four days before customers are due to travel, they will be able to change to an alternative Crystal package.
The new Crystal Snow Promise will be applied retrospectively for all customers who have booked so far and automatically included in all package holidays booked on or before 30 November 2023 for holidays departing between December 2023 and April 2024.
Customers will also be given the option to upgrade to the Crystal Snow Promise Extra at an extra cost of £25.
This policy provides more scope and flexibility with fee-free changes possible if fewer than 50% of runs are open in the ski area customers are travelling to.
Crystal Ski Holidays’ existing policy for customers in resort still stands – if fewer than 10% of runs are open in the ski area due to a lack of snow or no snow, Crystal will look to arrange up to three days of skiing in an open resort within a two-hour drive from the resort they’re staying in.
Local transport and new lift passes will be provided.
