Crystal has announced two wellness retreat sailings on Crystal Symphony.
The cruises will include industry experts who have curated specialised programmes in the categories of healthy aging, functional nutrition, fitness, mental wellbeing and body and mind detox.
Also on offer will be yoga, meditation, healthy cooking classes, personal training and immersive health-driven excursions.
The wellness cruises take place on Crystal Symphony‘s Barcelona to Tema cruise from 1-14 December 2024 and its Tema-Cape Town cruise from 14-23 December.
