D-Day beaches included in new CroisiEurope Normandy cruise

CroisiEurope has launched a new Seine cruise highlighting the history of Normandy.

The round-trip cruise from Rouen visits Honfleur and the UNESCO-listed city of Le Havre.

Optional excursions include a Medieval Rouen and the Ossuary of Saint-Maclou; a tour of the Côte Fleurie taking in Trouville and Deauville plus a visit to a Calvados distillery; and guided tours of Honfleur and Le Havre.

There’s also a full-day excursion to the D-Day Landing Beaches including the Pointe du Hoc, Omaha Beach, the American Cemetery and Memorial in Colleville-sur-Mer and the 360 Cinema at Arramanches which will be showing the film The 100 Days of the Battle of Normandy.

Departures are on 28 and 29 July and 1 and 5 August on Seine Princesse or Botticelli with prices from £466 per person including all meals and drinks, port fees and repatriation insurance.
