We are seeking an experienced Dutch Speaking Travel Account Manager to join an established travel company, working remotely based in Brussels.
The experienced Dutch Speaking Travel Account Manager will be focusing on exceeding budgeted sales and revenue targets through the delivery of effective account growth, long term partnership development, and retention plans. To be considered for this role you will need to be fluent in Dutch and English (French would be a plus, however not essential) and be based in Brussels from a business travel OR airline background.
The Dutch Speaking Travel Account Manager must have demonstrated account management experience with a travel management firm or airline with the ability to deliver results, and have a consultative approach to customer interactions. The mission of the account manager is to grow the business with existing customers and identify group opportunities along with contracting customers when no contract exists, and renew the existing contracts when expiring.
Lucrative salary and generous bonus are on offer along with career progression.

Dutch Speaking Travel Account Manager Duties:
- Acting as the voice of the customer whilst ensuring customer needs are anticipated and addressed, and issues escalated and resolved.
- Collaborating with the Operations Team and the Global Travel Hub to ensure service delivery in line with contractual obligations
- Ensuring up-to-date account plans are in place to capture issues and opportunities by customer.
- Implement appropriate action plans in a timely and decisive manner.
- Develop and manage clients’ optimization plans where relevant e.g. customer experience or operational efficiency.
- Delivering budgeted revenue in line with or ahead of target profitability.
Dutch Speaking Travel Account Manager – Essential Requirements
- Fluent in Dutch and English (French would be a plus).
- Commercial acumen with demonstrated extensive experience in account management is essential within business travel or airline – essential.
- Ability to execute and deliver results in complex customer environments.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects whilst maintaining high attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; a comfortable and confident presenter.
- Experience using Salesforce is ideal but not essential.
