- Engage with potential clients via email, phone, and video calls to understand their travel preferences and requirements.
- Sell and design personalised travel itineraries in Kenya, Tanzania, and Uganda, including safaris, cultural tours, beach holidays, and adventure activities.
- Sell and present customised itineraries across East Africa, accommodation options, and experiences tailored to each client’s interests and budget.
- Convert inquiries into confirmed bookings by guiding clients through the sales process and addressing questions an
- Coordinate bookings for accommodations, transportation, activities, and local guides, ensuring seamless experiences from arrival to departure.

- Tailormade Africa sales experience within an established tour operator with strong knowledge of Kenya, Tanzania, and Uganda.
- Proven track record in sales with strong communication, negotiation, and client-relations skills.
- In-depth knowledge of East Africa’s attractions, culture, visa regulations, and popular travel routes.
- Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple bookings, timelines, and itineraries.
