EasyJet has expanded its winter programme, including a return to Luxor for the first time in over a decade.

The flights, from London Gatwick, will operate twice a week, on Mondays and Thursdays, from 11 November.

EasyJet has also added winter programme services to Egypt with new flights to Sharm El Sheik from Liverpool. The inaugural flight to Sharm El Sheik will take off on 14 February and operate twice a week on Mondays and Fridays for the remainder of the winter season.

The airline is launching two routes to the Norwegian capital Oslo, from Manchester from 15 November and Liverpool from 29 November. Both routes will operate twice weekly during the winter on Mondays and Fridays.

To coincide with the Luxor flights, easyJet holidays will operate Nile cruise packages, in partnership with Jaz Hotels and Resorts. The seven-night cruise will sail from Luxor to Edfu and Aswan, before returning to Luxor to visit the Karnak open air museum.

EasyJet holidays will also offer city break packages to coincide with the new Oslo route.
