EasyJet cabin crew will receive a 20% basic pay increase from 1 May 2024, according to their union Unite.
Unite said it had secured the 18-month deal after ‘extensive talks’ with the airline.
The deal will also see easyJet crew take home an extra 3% on variable (per flight) pay, it said.
In addition to the pay rise, cabin managers – and probationary cabin managers – will receive a one off payment of £2,000. Cabin crew flight attendants will get £1,500.
In addition to an increase in wages, the airline will now pay £15 to all cabin crew on board when a service is disrupted by over an hour. If a delay exceeds 120 minutes, the payment will double.
