EasyJet’s outgoing CEO Johan Lundgren will join the speaker line-up at ABTA’s Travel Convention, taking place in Greece from 7- 9 October.

Johan last spoke at the Convention not long after he joined the airline in 2017.

ABTA said: “This promises to be a fascinating insight into his time at the airline which has of course included navigating the pandemic as the airline pursues its ambition of becoming ‘Europe’s most loved airline, winning for customers, shareholders and the company’s people’.”

Credited with devising and launching easyJet holidays, which is the lead partner of the Convention taking place in Costa Navarino in the southwest Peloponnese, Johan will also outline its growth plans, as he prepares to step down next year.

Debbie Marshall, MD of Silver Marketing Association, has also been confirmed as a speaker at the Convention.

Early Bird registration for the event ends on Friday 19 July.
