The FCDO now advises against all travel, or all but essential travel to a number of additional areas in Ethiopia, and have also lifted some advice against all but essential travel. Changes made affect the following regions: Afar, Oromia, Central, Southern, Sidama and South West regions (formerly SNNPR) and Tigray (‘Warnings and insurance’ and ‘Regional risks’ pages).
