Event and Customer Service Executive Duties:
- Effectively plan and manage event bookings (MICE & Corporate or leisure event ) – including residential and non-residential.
- Work with negotiating group rates and special bookings in hotels.
- Conduct show rounds.
- Demonstrate exceptional planning of all events or groups with all suppliers.
- Build effective communication with all suppliers. Coordinate with clients.
Essential Requirements:
- Events and customer service experience is essential.
- Knowledge of hotel or event venue is essential to enable one to negotiate.
- Experienced in building relationships and networks with internal and external suppliers across different market segments.
- Guest relations experience as the ability to communicate well with guests is paramount.
