We are collaborating with a successful events company who are now seeking an experienced Events Coordinator, working remotely. The Events Coordinator will be responsible for planning, organising, and executing various event services.



Events Coordinator Duties:

  • The Events Coordinator plays a pivotal role in the seamless execution of event services pre-, during and post event.
  • Match clients with venues and services that align with their vision, budget, and
  • logistical needs, ensuring the success of the overall event.
  • Arranging group accommodation, meeting spaces and airport transfers.
  • Responsible for each group the Events Coordinator collaborates closely with clients, internal stakeholders and external suppliers for each event. It is important to act on things quickly and get back to our customers in a timely manner.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their event requirements, including number of attendees, budget, and location preferences.
  • Gather detailed information about the desired facilities, and specific needs of the group accommodation booking or event.
  • Utilise industry knowledge and a network of contacts to identify and recommend suitable venues for events, accommodation and meeting space.
  • Negotiate with venue representatives to secure favourable terms, including pricing and services.
  • Reviewing hotel contracts and negotiating the best rates and terms for clients.

To be considered for the Events Coordinator role, the candidate must have similar experience within events from an events company (preferable) or hotel background. Career development, travel perks and many other benefits are on offer.
