Finance Manager Duties:
- Implement/supervise internal controls and procedures to audit the financial information derived from day-to-day operational activity.
- Liaise with clients (Advisors) as the financial point of contact for questions and support.
- Monitor internal credit terms and policies alongside Operations Accounting team.
- Monitor and analyze A/R and A/P schedules; highlighting areas of concern and suggesting corrective actions; to include forecasting cash requirements.
- Monitor forecasts to support the company’s strategic planning and decision-making processes.
- Recruit, support and lead a high-performing finance team, providing guidance, coaching, and mentoring to enhance their skills and knowledge.
Finance Manager – Essential Requirements:
- Finance Manager or a similar role is essential, preferably in Travel.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial analysis techniques, and financial reporting standards.
- Proficiency in financial management software and advanced MS Excel skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present complex financial information to non-financial stakeholders.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a diverse team.
