Flight & Travel Coordinator Duties:
To be considered for the Flight & Travel Coordinator role one must have GDS experience from a travel agent, tour operator or airline.

Flight & Travel Coordinator Duties:
- In conjunction with Flights Expert, making sure one is buying flights at the most competitive rates
- Maintain positive relationships with all airlines and consolidators
- Issue tickets
- Assist with BSP reconciliation
- Assist sales team with flights enquiries – fares, change rules, ticketing deadlines, seating,
- Manage Qs
- Oversee the allocation of PNRs to individual travel consultants’ queues
- Highlight any PNRs that need immediate action
- Monthly reconciliation of carbon measurements
- Manage any group/charter flight allocations
- Liaise with Travel Consultant/Product Director to advise best flights to use for groups
