The UK Foreign Office has issued an alert over Tropical Storm Tammy for some of the Eastern Caribbean islands.
The FCDO said the storm is forecast to affect islands including Barbados, St Kitts and Nevis, Dominica and Antigua, warning ‘hurricane-strength winds and flooding are possible’.
It advises Brits to monitor updates from the US National Hurricane Center and follow the advice of local authorities.
