Fred Olsen Travel has hired Prestige Travel’s former Agency Sales Manager and Events Planner Emma Pine as its new Business Development Manager.
Emma will work with six branches in Hampshire and Dorset, helping them grow their sales through marketing and brand events.
She will also look for expansion and recruitment opportunities in the south of the country, alongside Retail Director Paul Hardwick.
Before her 15-year stint at operator Prestige Travel, Emma spent nearly six years as cabin crew at Thomsonfly, now TUI Airways, and at Zoom Airlines.
On her new role, Emma said: “Living on the south coast, I am aware of the great reputation that Fred Olsen Travel agents have among their clientele.
“Having worked with them myself from a tour operator point of view, I have experienced first-hand the professionalism and knowledge that they are renowned for.”
Paul said Emma would be a ‘huge asset’ to Fred Olsen Travel’s branches.
