We are seeking an experienced French Speaking France Product & Contracting Manager to join our clients growing team, hybrid working model based in London / Surrey. This role will be responsible for growing, maintaining, and developing our clients unique portfolio of properties whilst ensuring its optimal performance at all times. Forging successful relationships with our suppliers and working collaboratively with wider teams.
The role would best suit someone who has significant contracting experience in the travel industry, who has the ability to recognise the right product and negotiate the best conditions.

French Speaking France Product & Contracting Manager Duties:
- Actively developing and growing the France programme by contracting new (and existing) properties to the required brief and standards and securing optimal commercial terms and conditions.
- Creating an inspiring team France environment with an open communication culture, setting clear goals, motivating the team and monitoring their performance.
- Managing and maintaining successful supplier relationships.
- Carrying out price and market analysis.
- Preparing and analysing data and reports.
- Assisting with negotiating and arranging staff FAM, educational and product trips.
- Liaising with the Marketing team on special offers and marketing campaigns.
- Promoting the company and being a positive company ambassador at all times.
Essential Requirements:
- Contracting experience within the travel industry handling France is essential.
- Track record of results inside a product/contracting environment.
- Proven supplier management skills.
- Excellent negotiation skills.
- Fluency in written and spoken French & English.
- In-depth knowledge of France.
