We are seeking a German Speaking Villa Specialist to join a successful travel company, hybrid working model. The German Speaking Villa Specialist will be responsible for managing inbound communications from prospective guests, matching them with villas that best meet their needs in a confident, empathetic, and efficient manner.

German Speaking Villa Specialist Duties:
• Respond to guests in a conscientious and timely manner.
• Listen to guests’ concerns and take appropriate actions.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure the efficient running of the business.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge about the villas offered.
• Assist with managing business social media platforms.
• Support the team in maintaining the high standard of company websites.
• Drive sales efforts and meet targets by matching guests with villas that best meet their needs
• Track and report on sales performance, suggesting improvements to meet and exceed goals.
