Global Bid Manager Duties:
- Focus on the delivery of bids through the continuous improvement of tender content.
- Project support with the Business Development Managers on the tender process and developing the commercial proposition.
- Pre-tender new business communications (Email; Phone; Pre-Tender executive engagement proposals; White Papers and Presentations).
- Pre-tender new business face to face meetings supported by subject experts).
Essential Experience:
- Experience in bid writing and B2B trade marketing is imperative.
- Experience in the full range of bid delivery marketing activities.
- Experience of customer facing presentation, event management and executive engagement.
- Excellent and demonstrable tender composition and compiling skills – writing must fit with brand editorial style (precise but personal, reflective of the client’s needs).
- Travel experience within business or leisure travel.
