Globus has appointed Julian Harcourt as Director of Marketing and Phil Shipman as Sales Director.
Julian and Phil are joining Lesley Taylor, who was promoted to Managing Director at the start of July.
Julian had been interim Head of Marketing at the company, which includes the Globus, Cosmos and Avalon Waterways brands, but is now moving to the permanent role of Director of Marketing.
Phil will leave his job as Head of Sales North at Classic Collection to join Globus as Sales Director on 11 September.
He has previously also worked at G Touring as Key Account Manager.
Lesley said: “I am delighted to be taking the reins at such an important time for our business and with our new leadership team.
“ The experience and quality that both Julian and Phil bring to our business will help to complete our senior team and means we are extremely well placed for our future growth aspirations.
