Groups & Flights Travel Consultant Duties:
- Arranging travel for corporate clients from flights to hotels, ground transportation and meeting rooms, and also managing flight-only bookings for the Groups team.
- Using online airline booking portals and the GDS (Amadeus) to book flights on an individual and group basis.
- Sourcing hotels according to budget and client requirements
- Managing booking and financial reports, as well as account management duties by building relationships with clients.
Groups & Flights Travel Consultant – Essential Requirements:
- UK based Business Travel, Tour Operator or Travel Agency experience in group travel is essential.
- Knowledge of GDS (Amadeus preferably) is key.
- Energy and enthusiasm!
- Happy to work within a hybrid role in London or Kent.
