Hays Travel Tour Operator (HTOL) has appointed Ross Fagan to the new role of Trade Engagement Partner.
He has previously spent five years working in HTOL’s calls virtual contact centre.
In his new position, Ross will raise HTOL’s visibility and engagement with agents across Hays Travel’s divisions, including retail branches, franchises, personal travel consultants, calls centre and Hays Independence Group, as well as building brand awareness.
Head of Sales for HTOL Kathleen Molloy said: “I am delighted to welcome Ross into the HTOL team.
“This is an exciting new position and I’m confident Ross will use his considerable experience in travel to help build awareness of the HTOL brand, develop skills within the team and grow our online business.”
