The summer season is now fully underway, we hope it all goes smoothly but, inevitably, problems will arise. We’ve already seen the global IT outage.
With that in mind it is always important to remember that as an ABTA member you have access to a range of advice and resources which will greatly assist you to understand and fulfil your legal requirements.
First and foremost, we have a dedicated team of legal and operational experts who are available to provide you with clear and accurate advice, a service which we know those members who use it find invaluable.
In addition, in the Member Zone of the ABTA website we have a range of guidance notes exclusively available to members, on some of the more wide-ranging issues such as the Package Travel Regulations and a subject that is increasingly achieving prominence, avoiding greenwashing. There are also template documents, including terms and conditions, with members can use in your contracts with customers, confident in the acknowledge they meet regulatory requirements.
