Tourism Australia has opened applications for the G’day Australia mega fam trip in October.
G’day Australia takes place in Cairns, Queensland with a choice of two dates, either 3 to 14 October or 6 to 18 October.
Both itineraries include a three-day training workshop and the chance to meet more than 100 Australian tourism operators during the fam trip.
In addition, agents can join day trips in Cairns and have a four-night fam trip experience elsewhere in Australia.
The G’day Australia fam trip participation fee is AUD$550 (around £295), including flights. The price does not include the entry visa or travel insurance.
Payment is made at the time of the acceptance offer and must be received in full by Tourism Australia by 23 June.
Agents must have completed Tourism Australia’s Aussie Specialist online training programme before applying to join the fam trip.
To become an Aussie Specialist, agents must register online, sign up to the introduction programme and complete the training in 90 minutes.
Aussie Specialist agents can apply to join the fam trip via this link. All applications must be completed by 19 May.
