Take in the beautiful waterfront views on the Tampa Riverwalk, along the Hillsborough River to the Garrison Channel. Start the journey at the bustling Heights Market at Armature Works, stop at the vibrant Curtis Hixon Park, and continue until Sparkman Wharf, stopping off at some of the many attractions, bars, or restaurants.

Riverfest is a public, two-day, free event that is held the first weekend in May. The festival spans the entire length of the Riverwalk and includes several parks and features family-friendly activities and events showcasing Tampa’s cultural institutions, local music and restaurants.
There’s also a July 4th Boat Parade and Blessing of the Fleet; and a Holiday Lighted Boat Parade in December. The Riverwalk Halloween Hunt is a family-friendly not-too-spooky virtual scavenger hunt along the Tampa Riverwalk, where teams solve riddles, puzzles and tasks.

The Tampa Riverwalk Attraction Pass enables visitors to enter seven of the area’s most popular attractions, all on one ticket on their mobile, saving up to 50%.
One- or three-day passes are available, instantly delivered via text and email and there is no app to download. Current prices are €35 per child and €55 per adult for a one-day pass and €49/£79 for a three-day pass.
The Florida Aquarium: Admission includes access to three touch pools, 4-D Theater, plus an outdoor play area and Splash Pad for younger children.
Pirate Water Taxi: A fleet of pirate-themed water taxis in downtown Tampa with 14 stops conveniently located along the Tampa Riverwalk, Channel District, downtown, and Davis Islands.
The Tampa Bay History Center – a Smithsonian Affiliate Museum: Features three floors of exhibits exploring 12,000 years of Florida history. H.B. Plant Museum: With its magnificent Moorish architecture, opulent furnishings, and tropical gardens, a visit to the restored rooms of the former Tampa Bay Hotel will transport visitors to Victorian splendour.
American Victory Ship: The world-class SS American Victory served in WWII, and the Korean and Vietnam Wars, then went through a $2.5 million restoration in June 1985. Currently, the SS American Victory is only one of three fully functioning ships in the country.

The Pirate Water Taxi offers daily tours of Tampa, stopping off near attractions, museums, restaurants and parks. Guests receive a Pirate Water Taxi wristband which allows them to hop on and off the taxi at any stop for unlimited rides throughout the day. The wristbands also entitle guests to discounts with a number of venues located on the route as part of the Pirate Perks Program.
Pirate Water Taxis operate every day, from 11.30am to 9.30pm (10.30pm on Fridays and Saturdays). There are two routes, the River Route features a narrated tour and the Island Loop, which takes in many of the attractions included in the River Walk Attraction pass.
