The successful candidate will have experience providing generalist operational HR services to defined areas within the organisation, including high quality advice on policy and procedure, contract and other HR administration, and proactive support and guidance regarding employee relations.

- Leading and delivering a wellbeing and benefits programme
- Support the delivery of people-related activities that help to create an exceptional working experience and culture for the staff
- Devise Wellbeing events
- Create a calendar of events to support teamwork, knowledge-sharing and wellbeing
- Provide generalist HR and legislative expertise and guidance with ER and people matters, including disputes, performance, disciplinary, and/or grievance matters
- Provide recruitment and interview guidance, and training to Interviewers
- Review policies, contracts and procedures.
