HX (Hurtigruten Expeditions) has launched an incentive giving agents around the world a chance to win one of 100 fam trip places to the Galapagos Islands.
To enter, agents need to book any HX Expedition cruise during Wave season. They will then be entered into a prize draw for a fam trip place. Winners will be announced during the Wave period.
The fam trip will take place on small expedition ship MS Santa Cruz II. Agents will be able to visit the archipelago to see wildlife including giant tortoises and marine iguanas as well as attend lectures and take part in the onboard science programme delivered by the Expedition team.
The competition coincides with the launch of a dedicated helpdesk to support agents during Wave season, which will prioritise requests and questions from agents to help them secure bookings.
HX Vice President of Sales and Marketing Nathaniel Sherborne said: “Our competition is not only an opportunity to reward and recognise agents’ efforts towards driving bookings for HX voyages, but it’s also an opportunity to immerse themselves and understand our offering in what is proving to being one of our most popular destinations with guests.
“The competition is just one of many new initiatives planned for this year globally and in the UK as part of our ongoing support and commitment to our trade partners. Good luck to all the travel agents.”
During Wave Season, HX is covering the cost of flights, transfers and hotels across selected departures on packages booked before 31 March 2024.
Until the end of this month, HX’s 1893 Ambassador members can get exclusive discounts of up to 10%.
