Iberostar Beachfront Resorts has changed its brand names to make it easier for agents and customers to choose the most suitable properties.
The hotel company has announced its beachfront properties will now come under three brands; Iberostar Waves, Iberostar Selection and JOIA by Iberostar.
Iberostar Waves is said to be ‘ideal for families and active beach-bound couples’, while Iberostar Selection is for ‘premium-loving families and couples’. Finally, JOIA by Iberostar is described as the brand’s ‘luxurious collection’.
The new branding will be rolled out across the portfolio over the next few months.
Iberostar Waves Gaviotas Park in Fuerteventura will be the first opening of the chain’s Iberostar Waves collection in August, and JOIA Aruba by Iberostar is scheduled to open later this year.
The names have also been used for recent openings including the Iberostar Selection Creta Marine hotel in Crete (pictured).
