Jet2CityBreaks has expanded its Norway and fjords programme for 2025, with new routes from three airports and more choice from existing departure points.

Capacity has more than doubled for next year in response to demand from customers and agents, with flights and packages on sale this week.

This expanded programme means Jet2CityBreaks are on sale to Bergen from seven UK airports for 2025.

New routes have gone on sale from Bristol, Edinburgh and Stansted, with expanded programmes from Birmingham, Leeds Bradford, Manchester and Newcastle.

Jet2 flights and city breaks to Norway for 2024 started at the end of last month, marking the first time in over 15 years that Jet2 has operated to Bergen.

Next year’s Bergen programme will start more than two weeks earlier, on 10 April 2025, with 31 departures to Bergen on sale.

Jet2 said it is also expanding its Bergen programme in response to demand for discovery-based experience holidays. The programme also features Discover More packages, which include a full-day tour including a boat trip along the Aurlandsfjord and Nærøyfjord from Flam to Gudvangem, as well as a mountain railway journey to Myrdal.

CEO Steve Heapy said: “We are just a few weeks on from launching flights and city breaks to Bergen and the fjords for the first time in over 15 years, and the response from customers and independent travel agents has been incredible.”

The 2025 Bergen programme comprises 11 departures from Manchester; four each from Birmingham, Newcastle and Leeds Bradford, as well as a three-night weekend break from Bristol, four breaks from Edinburgh and three from Stansted.

Prices start at £719 per person for three nights at the four-star Magic Hotel Kloverhuset, including breakfast, from Stansted, on 28 April 2025.
