Jet2CityBreaks has expanded its Discover More portfolio with a tour in Porto, the operator’s newest city destination.
The Discover More collection is designed for customers with a sense of adventure, and includes options such as historic sites, local cultures or stunning scenery as part of a Jet2CityBreaks package.
The Porto Discover More package includes a full-day Douro Valley wine tour, with visits to three port wine producers, one lunch with wine pairing and a Rabelo boat cruise in Pinhao.
The option is available for summer 2024 and ’25 on mid-week or long weekend breaks from Manchester and from Birmingham for summer 2025.
CEO Steve Heapy said: “We are delighted to be announcing even more good news for our Porto programme and expanding our Discover More packages to the popular city break destination. We are seeing more customers wanting to experience it all on their holidays, whether that is adventure, culture, history or sightseeing, so this expansion of our Discover More collection is in direct response to that demand.
“Since putting flights and city breaks on sale to Porto from Birmingham and Manchester Airports, we have received a phenomenal response and have reacted quickly to expand the programme and give customers what they want.”
Three nights in August 2024 at the four-star Porto Royal Bridges, costs £589 per person, including breakfast and the Douro Valley wine tour, with Manchester flights.
