JG Travel Group has packaged tickets for ice-skating duo Jayne Torvill and Christopher Dean’s last-ever UK tour.
The pair’s 50th anniversary tour, Torvill & Dean: Our Last Dance, will take place next spring.
Two-day coach breaks to the shows in Birmingham and Manchester are now on sale through both Just Go! Holidays and National Holidays.
Trade Sales Manager Claire Dutton said: “This is such an exciting new event and I’m delighted that agents can already start promoting and making sales. The tour was announced on Wednesday, exactly 40 years to the day since Torvill and Dean’s Bolero won them gold at the Sarajevo Winter Olympics in 1984.
“It really is a once-in-a-lifetime chance see one of Torvill and Dean’s last performances together, as they close the book on their incredible journey over the last 50 years. I know these breaks are going to be hugely popular and with Dancing on Ice also back on our TV screens, there really has never been a better time to spread the word as these two legends prepare to skate their last ever tour.”
Departures are Saturday 26 April 2025 for the show at the Resorts World Arena in Birmingham, priced from £179 per person and Saturday 3 May 2025 for the show at the AO Arena in Manchester, priced from £199pp.
The price includes return coach travel from selected pick-up points in England, one night’s accommodation with breakfast, a ticket to the show with return coach transfers between the hotel and arena, plus a visit to either Birmingham or Manchester, depending on the trip.
