Blue Bay Travel has reported a record-breaking June, with the best trading week in its 20-year history and bookings at levels normally seen during January Peaks.
This unseasonably good performance comes just two weeks after Blue Bay achieved its best June trading day on record.
That was quickly exceeded by 112% on 28 June 2023, making it the operator’s best day in its history – even outperforming its best Peaks trading days.
CEO Alistair Rowland described the achievement as ‘incredible – albeit surprising’ adding: “It will be interesting to see if this becomes a regular annual pattern for the business, while travel continues to find its new normal.”
Also in June, Blue Bay hit 6,000 TrustPilot customer ratings and currently has a score of 4.9, which is rated as ‘excellent’.
