Kelly Walker leaves easyJet holidays for TTC Tour Brands role

EasyJet holidays Head of Distribution Kelly Walker is joining TTC Tour Brands as Director of Sales for the UK, Ireland and Europe.

Her new role starts in January 2024, reporting to EMEA MD Kelly Jackson.

She will be responsible for driving the UK, Irish and European Sales Teams for the TTC Tour Brands portfolio, encompassing Contiki, Trafalgar, Costsaver, Insight Vacations and Luxury Gold.

“With a wealth of experience and a proven track record in the travel industry, Kelly will play a pivotal role in driving our strategy and growth forward as we continue to strengthen our position in the market,” said Kelly Jackson.

“Kelly brings a deep understanding of the travel industry, having held key leadership positions in sales throughout her career. Her expertise and insights into the ever-evolving travel landscape make her a valuable addition to the TTC Tour Brands family.”

Kelly Walker will replace Becky Francis who left in August to join Quark Expeditions as Regional Sales Director for EMEA.

“As Managing Director, I am excited about Kelly joining us and the positive impact she will have on TTC Tour Brands,” added Kelly Jackson. “Her strategic vision, customer-centric approach, and passion for the travel industry align perfectly with our company’s vision.

Easyjet holidays Head of Commercial Partnerships Roy Stratford thanked Kelly Walker for ‘evolving our trade proposition through this period of key growth at easyJet holidays’. He added: “We wish her every success in the new role.

“We look forward to announcing an incoming Head of Distribution in the coming days, to take our trade relationships forward as we look to further scale easyJet holidays into 2024 and beyond”.

Kelly said: “I am delighted to be joining such a respected business and the TTC Tour Brands family. I’m looking forward to bringing my experience and knowledge to the escorted touring sector and helping our valued trade partners in selling such a diverse range of tours.”

TTC Tour Brands said it had also hired an ‘exceptional’ National Account Manager, who will join the team in January, with more details to follow.

The company is now seeking a sales manager for south-west London to complement the existing team.
