South America specialist Latin Routes is planning to boost its team by more than 25% with the appointment of seven new staff members.
The Kingston-based operator is looking to hire more sales staff, an HR manager, finance manager, and others.
Co-founder and Director Martin Johnson said Latin Routes’ workforce is already back to pre-pandemic levels, but it is now looking to recruit more specialists in the sales teams for both Latin Routes and Polar Routes.
To attract new talent, the company has increased annual leave to 24 days plus staff are given their birthday off work, the fam trip allowance has increased to 10 days, staff receive free travel insurance, one volunteering day a year, Sage Perks with retail and other discounts, additional holiday allowances to reward long service, a workplace nursery benefit, remote working, and a one-off bonus.
