A travel agency based in north-west London has been struck off the Companies Register and dissolved.
Trivoyage Travel, which was licensed under a franchise arrangement with Protected Trust Services, was struck off on 7 February and dissolved on 13 February.
The Civil Aviation Authority said Wembley-based Trivoyage Travel Ltd ceased trading as an ATOL holder on 1 March.
The CAA is advising customers with bookings to contact PTS.
The agency was launched in September 2018 but founding Director Muthuraja Thava Mani’s appointment was terminated last August, according to the Companies House register, after he ceased to be a person ‘with significant control’.
He was replaced by Mohamad Asif as the sole director, but in November the Gazette public record announced a compulsory strike off.
A company can be forcibly struck off by Companies House for a number of reasons, such as failing to submit timely accounts, failure to conform to legal requirements or having ceased trading.
